Shipping: Our goal is to ship orders the same day as long as the order is completed on the website prior to 2pm Pacific (5pm Eastern). Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day shipping methods prior to 3pm Pacific (6pm Eastern). Monday through Friday except US Holidays. Please Note: All shipping delivery dates are based on business days. Weekends and holidays not included.

Item Stock Status: Items that indicate "Item in Stock" on a product page are available for shipping unless there are special order notes in the body of the item description. Our website is configured so that it will not allow ordering more than what is available.

Returns: Requests for returns must be made in writing. Please use the above form. Include the Order Number, part number(s), serial number(s) if applicable. Also include a brief description of the reason for return. We do not issue RMA numbers on the telephone.
